Requirements

2–3 years of experience as a UI/UX/Product Designer (ideally working on data tools, dashboards, analytics, or BI products)
Strong portfolio showing work on data visualization, interactive dashboards, analytics workflows, or conversational UI (if possible)
Proficiency in design & prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
Good understanding of data viz principles: charts, graphs, dashboards, performance & scalability of viz
Ability to translate complex analytics/data needs into clean, intuitive UI/UX
Experience working in cross-functional teams: product, engineering, and data science
Basic awareness of technical constraints (web front-end, React, libraries, or similar), performance, and responsive layouts
Strong communication skills; ability to iterate based on feedback

Responsibilities

Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs for analytics and AI features
Contribute to and evolve our design system — components, patterns, and style guides
Partner with product managers to understand user needs and business goals
Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure designs are well implemented and performant
Conduct user testing and research to validate designs and iterate based on feedback
Simplify complex data interactions into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and design consistency across the platform
Stay current on data visualization, AI, and UX trends to bring fresh ideas to the product
