Minimum qualifications include 3 years of Design or Quality Engineering experience in machine design or a related industry, experience finding root cause and solving complex engineering problems, ability to lead collaboration with customers, suppliers, and cross functional teams, basic understanding of hydraulic systems and electrical controls, ability to lead and project manage global cross functional projects, negotiation skills, and experience creating validation test plans.
