Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role or within a Supply Chain Department
- Relevant qualification, preferably a degree in a related field
- Professional certifications such as APICS or IIPMM highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Conduct all activities in compliance with EHS regulations and Abbott’s global standards to protect human health, safety, and the environment
- Act as a key stakeholder and decision-maker for assigned products
- Lead planning efforts to meet supply commitments and commercial requirements
- Develop and maintain production plans, ensuring smooth material flow and product availability
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate data in the SAP ERP system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence and financial performance
- Demonstrate Longford Behavioural Standards and contribute positively to the Planning and wider Supply Chain teams
- Support product initiatives, including R&D and product changes, for assigned products
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Operate independently within the Planning team, contributing to team goals and supporting broader Supply Chain objectives
