Minimum 7.5-15 years of experience (up to 12-15 years preferred)
15 years full-time education (BTech/BE in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering required)
Must have skills: Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, Simulation Modeling, Object-oriented programming (C, C++), MS Excel VBA, Statistical analysis, Unity/Unreal Engine/Omniverse/VBS or similar 3D engine expertise, Experience with XR devices (Varjo XR-4, Apple Vision Pro), 3D workflows (CAD/3D modeling), Knowledge of programming languages (C++, Java, Python), Knowledge of distributed simulation standards/protocols (HLA, DIS, C2SIM), Strong written/oral/interpersonal communication skills, Ability to handle customers and deliver in cross-functional teams, Strong knowledge in shop floor/discrete industry (automotive, consumer goods, etc.)
Good to have skills: Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, NA
Industry experience/knowledge: Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Plant/production systems, Logistic/warehouse systems
Technical experience: Material flow simulation, Throughput simulation, Bottleneck analysis, Resource optimization, Inventory reduction/optimization
Simulation software: Tecnomatix/Siemens Plant Simulation V11, Anylogic, or FlexSim

Responsibilities

Drive product vision as voice of the customer using human-centered design
Shape and manage product roadmap and product backlog
Ensure product team delivers on client needs and wants
Validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops for knowledge discovery and timely direction changes
Lead development of simulation models for plant/production, logistic, or warehouse systems processes
Perform What-If scenarios and analysis to reduce waste, increase efficiency, improve plant performance, and validate future states/scenarios
Pioneer latest technology innovations and investigate next tech on the horizon
Utilize modular architectures, next-generation integration, cloud-first/mobile-first mindset to provide vision to Application Development Teams
Work with Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale
