Requirements

Solid understanding of the customer and target market
Familiar with and can use customer frameworks (e.g., Jobs To Be Done, personas)
Proficient at reviewing and utilizing data from predefined dashboards to make decision recommendations
Ability to autonomously analyze situations and data, compare/evaluate possibilities, and make recommendations considering business implications

Responsibilities

Own a product feature and lead project execution, including development plan
Represent feature within the PM team and maintain internal network across product domains
Interact with customers to represent requirements, understand key needs and market basics
Focus on delivering customer commitments and stay up to date on market news, incidents, and competitors
Execute launch plans, collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales) to assess market needs, deliver training, support marketing collateral, provide expert input, handle customer complaints, and engage with customers at events
Drive execution of product roadmap for a specific feature area, enhance customer experience, coordinate development activities, ensure quality, define/prioritize requirements, analyze changes against acceptance criteria, and contribute to process improvements
Contribute to development and execution of product strategy, linking personal goals to product team/business strategy
Represent customer needs to the delivery team and support/participate in demos to key stakeholders at program milestones
