Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the product strategy and roadmap for Xplor’s Global Payment Platform
  • Regularly review and update the product strategy based on company, market, and customer feedback
  • Work with US teams to ensure understanding of the product strategy and clear communication of release plans
  • Support defining and communicating the product roadmap and prioritization
  • Ensure the roadmap is data-informed, outcome-driven, and balances functional and non-functional work
  • Lead discovery of problems and support scope definition of solutions
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Global Billing and Settlement platform
  • Work within a global payments product team to create KPI metrics
  • Be accountable for the commercial success of product capabilities
  • Contribute to the improvement of Xplor’s product leadership capability
  • Bridge technical and business worlds by leading relationships with stakeholders
