Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Geosciences, Data Science, or related field
5+ years of lease analysts or engineering tech, data management, or relevant oil & gas experience
Strong understanding of non-operated working interest/joint venture processes
Proven track record of managing complex data products or platforms
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn product management skills
Knowledge of upstream oil & gas operations and commercial workflows
Strong data analysis, data governance skills

Responsibilities

Define the strategy and roadmap for non-operated data products and platforms
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Oversee ingestion, validation, and standardization of partner data (production, costs, division orders, check stubs, operations reports, etc.)
Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility across systems
Establish and enforce best practices for metadata, taxonomies, and governance
Partner with operations, finance, and subsurface teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable product features
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to implement workflows and integrations
Champion data-driven decision-making by enabling analytics and visualization capabilities
