Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on identity, privacy, security, or platform-related products
  • Proven success delivering customer-facing features in domains like authentication, account management, or privacy controls
  • Deep familiarity with identity protocols and technologies such as SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and encryption methods
  • Experience building for enterprise environments and supporting complex requirements like DLP, role-based access, and compliance workflows
  • Passion for delivering trustworthy and intuitive privacy experiences—you can balance transparency, compliance, and UX with ease
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; you can align stakeholders across Security, Legal, Engineering, and GTM functions
  • An analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, driving learning agendas, and measuring long-term impact
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Set product strategy for the Identity & Privacy area, aligning business goals, compliance needs, and user trust to support Grammarly’s product roadmap
  • Own the experience and infrastructure behind account lifecycle management, including sign-up, login, account linking, password recovery, and deactivation flows
  • Define and implement thoughtful, user-centered consent and data privacy transparency and controls that ensure clarity and compliance with relevant data regulations
  • Design and drive enterprise-ready security capabilities such as: Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Session Timeout and Management, Single Sign-On (SSO) via Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Provisioning and deprovisioning using System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) encryption
  • Partner with Feature Development, GTM, Security, Responsible AI, and Customer Experience teams to translate product capabilities into scalable customer-facing documentation and support
