Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of product management experience with a strong understanding of the retail trading landscape and user behavior. Experience building retail products in stocks, cryptocurrencies, or derivatives is required, along with prior crypto, trading, or banking experience. Expertise in data gathering and quantitative analysis using tools like SQL and data visualization is essential. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, highly motivated, a proactive self-starter, possess macro-to-micro versatility, well-rounded interpersonal skills, and outstanding organizational and communication abilities to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will deliver Consumer Trading initiatives, including new features, functionalities, and enhancements. They will work closely with key stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate the roadmap, defining and developing detailed product and business analysis and requirements. Responsibilities include performing User Acceptance Testing, developing product documentation such as specifications and wireframes, and taking ownership of the product to ensure business continuity by collaborating with Finance and Operations teams. The role also involves evangelizing analytics and experimentation, evaluating new product opportunities, and facilitating communication across all project phases while proactively alerting management of issues.
