Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Defining product features and maintaining a cohesive product roadmap that aligns with strategic goals and user needs
  • Guiding the end-to-end product process, from roadmap to wireframe to design, through to development, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across teams
  • Collaborating closely with users, conducting interviews to understand their needs, gather feedback, and make data-driven prioritisation decisions
  • Translating insights from rapid iteration and testing into actionable product plans, balancing long-term vision with short-term iterations
  • Acting as a growth-oriented product thinker, finding creative ways to enhance user engagement and retention
  • Working with the Product Designer to create functional wireframes and initial UX concepts
  • Working alongside engineering and design teams, bridging the gap between vision and execution
