Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
Familiarity with concepts of Machine Learning, data science or AI frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, Pandas), and ML tools
Hands-on experience with Git, including basic command-line skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work optimally in a collaborative environment
Experience conducting structured research, such as competitive analysis, market research, or user-needs discovery in a class, club, or project context
Completed at least one technical project (class, hackathon, or personal) involving AI, ML, data science, distributed systems, or backend infrastructure

Responsibilities

Assist in various product management tasks, including market research, customer needs analysis, and idea generation for new products and features
Conduct competitive and market analysis across AI infrastructure software ecosystems
Build presentations and documentation to bolster product launches and other initiatives
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure our products are tailored to customer needs
Be an integral part of product launches, including support and deliverables and testing and evaluating the performance of products
Supervise customer feedback and product performance metrics
Develop and update the product roadmap and relevant documentation
