Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
  • Familiarity with concepts of Machine Learning, data science or AI frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, Pandas), and ML tools
  • Hands-on experience with Git, including basic command-line skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work optimally in a collaborative environment
  • Experience conducting structured research, such as competitive analysis, market research, or user-needs discovery in a class, club, or project context
  • Completed at least one technical project (class, hackathon, or personal) involving AI, ML, data science, distributed systems, or backend infrastructure

Responsibilities

  • Assist in various product management tasks, including market research, customer needs analysis, and idea generation for new products and features
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis across AI infrastructure software ecosystems
  • Build presentations and documentation to bolster product launches and other initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure our products are tailored to customer needs
  • Be an integral part of product launches, including support and deliverables and testing and evaluating the performance of products
  • Supervise customer feedback and product performance metrics
  • Develop and update the product roadmap and relevant documentation
