  • 4 years of experience in a/b testing, product analytics or related field
  • 4-year degree in business analytics, or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience communicating with and presenting to broad audiences
  • Experience with design of experiments, hypothesis testing, a/b testing and related statistical concepts
  • Experience with a/b testing or feature flagging software such as Growthbook, Optimizely, Eppo, StatSig, etc
  • Experience with analytics technologies such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, etc
  • Experience with data visualization and storytelling, turning complex findings into clear insights
  • Experience using SQL for data analysis
  • Empathy for customer challenges and the ability to infer such challenges from data
  • Firm understanding of statistics related to a/b testing
  • Keen analytical capabilities, able to harvest insights that inform product improvement opportunities
  • Solid presentation, data storytelling and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and committed to quality documentation

Responsibilities

  • Run lots of product experiments end-to-end: at least half your time will be spent shepherding a/b tests through their life cycles
  • Identify and prioritize product optimization opportunities through proactive analysis of website/mobile-app traffic, user behavior and customer data
  • Own sample-size and measurement planning, experiment analysis and documentation
  • Present analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders including senior leadership
  • Support product teams in their quest to self-serve data with training and dashboard assistance
