Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally across both consumer-facing apps and internal/advisor tools
  • A portfolio that shows strong UX thinking, clear structure, and a sharp eye for visual craft
  • Skilled in end-to-end design - from research and ideation to polished UI
  • Confident working autonomously but thrives on collaboration with product, engineering, and content
  • Experience in fintech, productivity tools, or regulated environments is a plus
  • Bonus: you’ve helped shape early-stage design systems or mobile-first experiences

Responsibilities

  • Design the core Clove experience across iOS, advisor web tools, and internal systems
  • Create trustworthy, elegant, and efficient flows that balance human and digital interaction
  • Own and evolve our design system, visual language, and interaction patterns
  • Work closely with product and engineering to turn ideas into thoughtful, high-quality products
  • Collaborate with advisors, ops, and content teams to ensure every touchpoint feels consistent and clear
  • Push the craft - from micro-interactions to end-to-end journeys - and raise the design bar as we grow
