Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer, thriving in fast-paced, complex environments, and demonstrating deep product thinking and a strong sense of ownership. They should have a comprehensive understanding of the crypto trading landscape, including familiarity with major crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, and on-chain activity, alongside awareness of regulatory considerations affecting crypto trading.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for derivatives and event contract products, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and quantitative analysts to translate market needs into intuitive trading interfaces. They will dismantle complex financial product challenges, reconstruct them into user-friendly experiences, challenge existing design paradigms, navigate the landscape between traditional finance and crypto, conduct user research with active traders, and iterate quickly on feedback and data insights to drive continuous improvements in the trading platform.
