Product Design (Intern-to-Hire – Jan.'26) at Sleeper

The role is hybrid requiring 2 days in the SF Bay Area or Seattle, with remote options for California (non-SF), Washington (non-Seattle), Oregon, or PST hours, and includes willingness to relocate for full-time.

Candidates need a strong portfolio showcasing design passion and foundations, ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail with fundamentals of UX, interaction, and visual design.

The design team is an agile, tight-knit group passionate about high-quality intuitive experiences, working hard and playing hard with activities like trying new sports or games for research and annual design workshop trips.

Applicants must have a graduation date of Summer 2026 or earlier, or be graduates with some entry-level experience, and be team players passionate about learning and growing.

It's a 12-week full-time program where interns join a small cohort, collaborate with mentors and senior team members, get onboarded to the design process, ramp up to full projects including a capstone, and gain priority for full-time roles upon completion.
