- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in investment management
- A passion for markets
- Knowledge of fixed income asset classes (rates, FX, MBS, corporate credit, emerging markets, equities, and commodities)
- Familiarity with ETF vehicle and marketplace
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities (quantitative, organizational, and problem-solving skills)
