Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the alternatives space. Strong mathematical and quantitative abilities are required, along with excellent written and oral communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to be well-organized and a self-starter. The ability to multitask effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel, both internally and externally, and to function as a strong team player is also necessary. A CFA designation (or active status in a program) is a plus.
The Product Associate will prepare attribution, commentary, and other reports for clients and Account Managers, performing detailed research and quantitative analysis using tools like Excel and Bloomberg. They will maintain marketing and servicing materials, serve as a resource for internal and external stakeholders, contribute to internal strategic dialogue, complete ad hoc research projects, and assist with requests for proposals (RFPs) and due diligence questionnaires. The role also involves supporting the Alternative Credit & Private Strategies business platform.
