Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience specifically in the production of Console/Mobile/PC games or other entertainment
  • Previous experience interfacing with partners/developers, understanding team structures and roles, production pipelines, and common challenges in producing high-quality interactive products
  • Self-starting team-player with background as a passionate gamer and established game-maker
  • Ability to clearly articulate feedback and communicate information to external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to identify opportunities and challenges in the production process
  • Willingness to occasionally provide on-site support with external development partners, including domestic and international travel

Responsibilities

  • Provide product guidance and support to internal and external partners for games across mobile, console, and PC platforms based on 20th Century brand
  • Support and manage the production process of partner’s vision, including external partner onboarding and management
  • Collaborate and coordinate ideation, project tracking, manage internal/external product communication and deliverables
  • Oversee milestone reviews, collaborate with other business units, handle production/content approvals, and manage live service support
  • Provide clearly communicated feedback on game proposals, project schedules, and content roadmaps
  • Coordinate feedback/approvals from internal game designers, art directors, and franchise partners
  • Work on multiple small to medium scale products, support live service/live operated titles, and assist Senior Producer on larger projects
  • Drive assigned titles as day-to-day contact, establish/maintain/enhance relationships with cross-functional groups to ensure brand equity and meet franchise/financial/schedule goals
  • Analyze and track product development schedules, perform milestone reviews, track submissions, and submit weekly progress reports
  • Review and analyze feedback from creative/senior team, self-review gameplay builds covering art, gameplay, and franchise aspects, and obtain stakeholder consensus timely
  • Collaborate with Production team on new interactive product concepts, including conceptual design and game identity
  • Present product demos to peers, management, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide brand guidance to external partners, balancing game needs with franchise authenticity, and become subject matter expert
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure maximum brand equity in 20th Century IP across art, sound, story, and game design
