Requirements

  • 3+ years of experiential production experience, skilled at overseeing and producing events with budgets of $100k
  • Ability to allocate client budgets to create maximum impact and work adeptly with finance teams
  • Understanding of what makes an experience enticing, shareable, and memorable
  • Ability to collaborate with peers of different specialties to develop integrated programs
  • Understanding (or ability to learn) of earned press and influencer marketing to identify key dependencies
  • 3D rendering ability is a plus; AI tools are welcome for visuals and design

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively on experiential production with internal press and influencer marketing teams
  • Produce programs for clients across multiple verticals (primarily beauty, but also fashion, hospitality, tech, food & beverage, retail, etc.), managing independently including client management, experience concept and design, briefing/overseeing designers/fabricators/art directors, budget management/financial processes, timeline development/management, vendor sourcing/hiring/management, etc. (e.g., 100-person previews, influencer trips, mobile trucks, press mailers)
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients on owned projects: anticipate needs, brainstorm live, navigate challenges, build trust
  • Work with senior production colleagues on large-scale productions (e.g., concepting onsite activations, vendor sourcing, permitting, managing fabrication for consumer pop-ups)
  • Furnish original, thoughtful experiential concepts that align with client/agency goals, including ideas, decor, and fabrication for shareable moments and memories
  • Handle visuals and design for pitches and activation decks
  • Facilitate/contribute to business development: upsell to clients, support cross-selling, review colleague ideas for production feasibility (budget/timeline), join brainstorms, develop ideas, build/sell client decks, present to clients
  • Pitch new business: field introductory calls, develop proposals, present to prospects (standalone or integrated projects)
  • Understand agency’s service lines to implement integrated ways of working, speak about capabilities, understand event needs for press/influencer audiences, design tailored experiences
