Requirements

  • Valid DRT required
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting (Rádio e TV) or Audiovisual Production
  • 3-5 years of experience in production, preferably in live TV or sports environments
  • Proven experience managing logistics, budgets, and multiple production teams
  • Strong understanding of newsroom workflows and the ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
  • Technical Skills: Windows – Advanced; Microphone systems – Basic; IFB systems – Basic
  • Languages: Portuguese – Native/Bilingual; English – Intermediate; Spanish – Basic/Intermediate
  • Travel Availability: Yes, approximately once per month
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a 6x1 rotation, including evening shifts and weekend rotation

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily production and accreditation demands across programs
  • Oversee live show production and organize live inserts with reporters and on-air talents
  • Support external productions, including overnight shoots and international travel (e.g., Copa Sul-Americana and Libertadores)
  • Produce special reports, assist with guests, and accompany external shoots and recordings
  • Manage travel requests for reporting teams and ENG crews covering journalism events
  • Monitor and control travel and production expenses
  • Coordinate post-production facilities and organize recording schedules
  • Lead guest production for shows including logistics, travel, reception, and on-set coordination
  • Manage high-profile guests and studio visits
  • Handle guest bookings and liaise with press offices for daily live programs
  • Ensure communication between production shifts
  • Define daily coverage plans and coordinate reporters and ENG crews based on editorial priorities
