Responsibilities
- Sort fresh fruits and vegetables
- Display fresh fruits and vegetables
- Remove fresh fruits and vegetables
- Replenish fresh fruits and vegetables in the produce department
- Provide assistance to Members through product knowledge and customer service
- Maintain the overall environment of the produce department
- Ensure all produce meets or exceeds company quality standards
- Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
- Act with honesty and integrity, address and escalate member concerns
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team
- Embrace inclusion, diversity, collaboration, and respect
- Work as a team to achieve goals with speed, agility, innovation, and adaptation
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude
- Deliver service excellence through all points of contact
- Resolve and deescalate member concerns
