  • BCom/CA Inter/B.B.M qualifications
  • 0 to 1 years of experience
  • English (International) - Advanced
  • Understanding of the end-to-end process on invoice processing to identify gaps and resolve invoice exceptions on time
  • Ability to connect with multiple teams to understand and resolve invoice exceptions
  • Ability to manage invoice exceptions resulting from Purchase Orders, contacting respective users and teams
  • Ability to request PO and invoice-related queries with contract holders and advisors for resolution
  • Understanding of end-to-end Payable processes
  • Continuous improvement mindset to improve and innovate current processes
  • Knowledge of standard controls within the accounts payable process
  • Ability to prioritize team work for efficient service delivery
  • Ability to deliver against requirements to support client expectations and contractual commitments
  • Ability to maintain governance structure for seamless operations
  • Participation in Knowledge Transfer activities, including preparation of Desktop Procedures, Standard Work Instructions, and process maps
  • Ability to clear all critical invoices without leading to late payments

Responsibilities

  • Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  • Interact primarily within own team and with direct supervisor
  • Follow detailed instructions on all tasks
  • Make decisions that impact own work under close supervision
  • Work as an individual contributor
  • Align with Finance Operations to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions
  • Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment
  • Handle accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving
  • Manage order sequence of procurement and financial process end-to-end
  • Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities, including timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders, and two-way/three-way matching of invoices
  • Verify accuracy of incoming invoices, match with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiate payment process
