Support the Facility Management Team in deploying a robust day-to-day maintenance process
Build the day-to-day Maintenance process (Autonomous Maintenance routines, Preventive Maintenance follow-up, and Corrective Maintenance)
Ensure training and adherence to the standard
Support root cause analysis for recurring or critical downtimes
Support the standardization
Convey the Continuous Improvement (CI) process and train the technicians
