Requirements

Good typing skills
Willingness to train with desire to increase knowledge of quality duties
Strong technical and computer knowledge
Experience using MS Office
Attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to effectively communicate with QCS, Account Managers, and Priority One Managers
Ability to make fact-based decisions with shift Team Leader
Ability to bend, walk, stand, and kneel 8-10 hours a day and lift up to 20 lbs on occasion
Availability for on-site, full-time day shift (6:00AM - 6:00PM, 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends)

Responsibilities

Perform Print, Bindery, Packaging, & Mailroom audits and inspections as outlined in training materials (15%)
Inspect problem runs, perform equipment quality tests, such as motion quality, signal strength, and MICR sampling (10%)
Evaluate and count spoilage (10%)
Support production teams on quality questions (10%)
Produce and process samples for QCS (10%)
Conduct research and root cause analysis (10%)
Attend daily Team Business Meetings (huddles) as the quality resource (10%)
Research and identify late work (10%)
Run ready to sort reports (10%)
Other duties as assigned (5%)
