Process Interns are paid an hourly rate equivalent to an annualized range of $105,000-126,000, depending on experience and education level, assuming a 40-hour workweek and including up to 10 hours of pre-approved weekly overtime at 1.5x the base rate.

Required experience includes pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering, hands-on experience in a cleanroom or semiconductor lab fabricating wafers, experience with wafer fabrication tools (etch, deposition, patterning) and metrology tools (AFM, SEM, thin film measurement), ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot, and a strong foundation in theoretical semiconductor knowledge.
