Responsibilities

  • Act as a Principal Systems Engineer, leading solution development from concept to delivery with ownership of outcomes
  • Proactively design, build, and optimize robust, scalable micro-frontend (MFE) web applications using React JS/Next JS, and GraphQL, Java, API, and NodeJS
  • Demonstrate a self-driven approach by seeking innovative solutions, setting high standards for quality, and championing continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers to deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Lead as a technical expert and mentor, inspiring engineers through knowledge sharing, innovation, and code reviews
  • Harness AI assistants throughout the SDLC to turn concepts into user stories, stories into code, automate testing and deployment, and streamline workflows
  • Partner with Application and Domain Architecture teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable
  • Pursue performance excellence, improving DORA metrics and website performance using tools like Dynatrace, Quantum Metrics, and Splunk
  • Own detailed design and architecture process, focusing on scalability, security, and availability
  • Set and uphold highest standards in design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and advocate for best practices in development, QA, and security
  • Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements (NFRs) and industry best practices
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Platform, DevOps/SRE, Enterprise Architecture, UX/UI) to deliver high-performance web solutions
  • Exhibit urgency and ownership in troubleshooting and resolving complex code-level issues
  • Continuously seek feedback, measure impact, and adapt strategies for superior results
  • Guide cross-functional teams in executing multiple complex initiatives
