Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 7 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR PhD with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience designing and developing scalable, cloud-based software solutions using technologies such as Java Spring Boot or C# ASP.NET Core, React (or Angular), TypeScript, Python, AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB
  • Ability to architect and implement secure, maintainable backend services and RESTful APIs
  • Willingness to work onsite in Lafayette, CO
  • Ability to travel 10-20%, including international travel

Responsibilities

  • Apply technical expertise to deliver software that impacts real people every day
  • Take full ownership of work across the entire software lifecycle — from concept to launch
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, quality, regulatory, and testing teams to build and deliver real-world products
  • Design and develop scalable, cloud-based software solutions
  • Architect and implement secure, maintainable backend services and RESTful APIs
  • Mentor and uplift peers through thoughtful code reviews and collaborative problem-solving, promoting best practices and sound engineering trade-offs
  • Champion scalable, testable, and observable software that’s designed for long-term success
  • Lead technical initiatives independently, providing deep technical insight and architectural guidance
  • Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders — translating complex technical details into clear, actionable insights
