Requirements

Candidates should possess 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, including experience in platform ownership or growth-stage environments, and full-stack experience in Python, SQL, Node.js, and React. Experience with Datadog or similar tools is preferred, along with experience in data platform engineering, front-end/backend development, and AWS-based infrastructure. A familiarity with Java is considered a nice to have.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will own the BEx (Brand Experience Platform) roadmap and execution to increase adoption rate and reduce issues in data and availability, build scalable backend systems and usable front-end experiences, improve UI/UX by reducing latency and implementing data consistency, drive measurable impact on GMV, return rates, and EBITDA through implementing scalable solutions, lead the charge for Agentic AI deployment, establish a culture of fast experimentation and tight feedback loops, and manage the team to implement quick MVPs and scaling solutions.
