Responsibilities

Lead Medical & Scientific Strategy: Develop and execute medical and scientific strategy in alignment with business priorities for assigned health benefit areas, categories, and brands
Drive Scientific Influence in Business Strategy: Provide scientific insights to shape internal and external business strategies, product positioning, and innovation planning
Evidence Generation & Claims Development: Apply evidence-based approaches to support claims, messaging, product information, and research initiatives for both innovation and marketed products
Competitive & Market Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape, healthcare trends, consumer insights to identify innovation opportunities that align with business strategy and scientific insights
Medical Communications & Publications: Develop and execute medical communication plans (e.g., CME, Advisory Boards, Congresses), and lead the creation of scientific content including manuscripts, posters, and symposiums
External Expert Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and health influencers to gather insights, inform strategy, and support scientific initiatives
Support Promotional Review & Education: Serve as medical lead for promotional material review and lead internal/external training programs related to assigned products and therapeutic areas
Subject Matter Expertise and Scientific Ambassador: Maintain deep expertise in assigned products, therapeutic areas, regulatory framework, and emerging science to support innovation and strategic initiatives. Represent Haleon externally as a credible voice in the healthcare and scientific community
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop new products and translate science into compelling consumer claims and communications
