Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. in business, finance, or real estate required; MBA and/or JD preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
  • Professional Real Estate licensing and certifications preferred (CRECI)
  • Solid corporate real estate experience with strong negotiation, financial analysis, and business planning skills
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Results-driven leader with a proven track record of guiding teams in the development and execution of real estate strategies
  • Availability to travel internationally as required (at least 50% or more on a frequent basis)
  • Onsite full-time in São Caetano do Sul, São Paulo, Brazil

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams on small and large-scale complex real estate projects, executing transactions (acquisitions, leases, dispositions) across the enterprise
  • Directly manage high-profile projects, providing hands-on leadership and oversight to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Oversee key portfolio operations, including lease administration, rent collection, and property management
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to enhance collaboration, drive consistency in service delivery, and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and continuous improvement
  • Promote employee growth by fostering a culture of continuous learning, supporting career development, and encouraging professional advancement
  • Manage external brokers and service providers, including site searches and transaction negotiations, to ensure terms reflect GM’s best interests
  • Operate with integrity and accountability, ensuring full compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Champion the Infrastructure & Corporate Citizenship brand, increasing awareness and engagement among business partners, service providers, and contractors
  • Support property documentation, space planning, and office operations, closely working with the GMSA Facilities team
