Demonstrated ability to be a trusted advisor to senior executives and facilitate customer success through strategic planning, business value identification, road mapping, and defining execution strategies including governance frameworks and managing large enterprise programs is essential.
The Principal Platform Architect will act as a technical advisor to customers, establishing a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and designing solutions to drive business outcomes. This includes establishing and supporting best practices for instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and overall platform technical health. The role involves translating business objectives into a customer roadmap, analyzing business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, and engaging with customer enterprise architects to position ServiceNow. Responsibilities also include establishing and managing technical governance processes, driving instance health by guiding remediation of misaligned configurations, working with clients and teams to establish delivery operating model governance, and advocating for ServiceNow's advisory and expert services best practices and industry use cases. Contributing thought leadership through methodology and white papers is also a key responsibility.
