  • 8+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, or related fields with expertise in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting/forecasting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience creating integrated financial presentations for executive audiences
  • Exceptional ability to translate data into insights and visual storytelling for senior leadership
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence and negotiate across functions
  • Sharp analytical skills, bold thinking, and ability to influence at the highest level

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end process for long-range financial planning milestones
  • Partner with senior finance leadership as a trusted thought leader
  • Develop strategic financial goals and deliver high-impact analysis
  • Collaborate across Global Business Planning, Finance Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations
  • Create executive-level presentations that communicate insights clearly and persuasively
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of planning deliverables
  • Manage ad-hoc strategic projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Shape Nike’s long-term financial strategy, driving alignment, and delivering insights that guide critical decisions
  • Influence every major planning gate, from CSR to AOP and beyond
