Requirements

Candidates should have 9+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or platform security, with hands-on involvement in authentication protocols like SAML, OIDC, MFA, or certificate-based authentication. Proven product execution skills are necessary, including defining requirements and writing user stories. Experience working with AI technologies, understanding AI-specific security risks and governance challenges, and familiarity with zero trust security models or adaptive authentication systems are also required. Prior experience in a SaaS or enterprise platform environment, especially with developer-facing products or APIs, along with strong prioritization skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 is beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Principal Inbound Product Manager will define and deliver products for secure and governed connectivity between AI agents, enterprise systems, and external platforms using standards like MCP and A2A. This role involves crafting solutions that unify AI governance workflows, authentication, observability, and enterprise automation into a scalable platform. The individual will also shape industry standards by influencing how organizations modernize legacy and cloud systems into AI-enabled agents, collaborating with technology partners and standards bodies to evolve the interoperability landscape.
