Responsibilities

Define and challenge the HEOR offer strategy, propose developments, innovative services, and new activities
Manage high-level client relationships, lead RFP responses and proposed budgets
Develop tailored solutions for client issues and oversee their implementation
Implement and participate in communication, engagement, and business development actions to grow business
Lead collaborations with other departments and functions to deliver client services and develop new offers
Be responsible for the team's P&L and offer, monitor business development/progression against objectives, and ensure economic and operational performance indicators (profitability, billable rate)
Provide experience and strategic vision on projects
Direct project teams as Principal-in-Charge (PIC), ensuring delivery on time, with expected quality, within budget, and planned profit margins
Collaborate with internal teams (Principals, Sales, Director etc.) and external stakeholders to achieve company objectives
Contribute to team development through recruitment, mentoring, junior training, and actions to motivate and retain staff
Directly manage several experts (economists, pharmacists etc.) and support their professional development (objective setting, feedback)
Deliver technical training, coach and support junior and senior team members
Monitor and optimize team staffing
