Responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership: Partner with senior leaders to address high-leverage, high-visibility challenges in the Card business; develop insights driving growth, profitability, and competitive success amid shifting consumer and regulatory demands
  • Storytelling: Present to senior management on learnings, opportunities, and proposed solutions using analytical storytelling skills to influence at the highest levels
  • Analysis: Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement; solve them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations
  • Partnership: Work closely with partners across Card (e.g., Card Finance, Business Lines, Corporate Strategy, CRM, tech, credit, operations) to understand and address challenges
  • Teamwork: Invest in the development of peer analysts, helping them grow as storytellers, analysts, and business leaders
