Requirements

10+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, across multiple modules and core platform capabilities
7+ years of App development experience
Strong proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX development
Experience configuring ServiceNow Workspaces, Flows, ACLs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions/Pages, Forms, Playbooks, Portals, and/or Reports
Experience designing, configuring, and developing integrations with the ServiceNow platform, including Scripted REST APIs
Advanced scripting experience utilizing best practice formatting and comments in Script Includes, Business Rules, etc
Familiarity with cloud platforms and architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with Agile development practices

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on scalability, security, and performance
Manage all phases of the SDLC, including analysis, design, development, data conversion, system integration, and implementation
Evaluate, design, and develop new features and roadmaps
Serve as the primary technical point of contact on customer engagements of the highest complexity and value
Understand business context and translate business requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation
Develop and execute technical solutions based on business requirements, utilizing best practices and industry standards
Analyze system processes and develop enhancements to improve user experience and general system usability
Function as the principal ServiceNow SME. Mentor/assist other team members where needed. Lead and mentor technical teams
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Diagnose and isolate incidents through testing and work to develop workarounds and/or fixes for system related issues
Develop scripts on the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks and integrations
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and technologies, and implement best practices to enhance platform performance
