Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Oracle E-Business Suite R12, with required experience in Oracle Fusion ERP. Strong expertise in Oracle Database 12c/19c, SQL, PL/SQL, and Linux/Unix-based systems is essential. Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and enterprise ETL processes is required. Hands-on experience with Oracle Linux, OLVM, and KVM virtualization technologies, along with solid understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and troubleshooting, is necessary. Experience managing workloads in cloud-hosted environments, preferably OCI and/or Azure, is needed. Excellent documentation skills and the ability to contribute to operational knowledge bases are important. Oracle Cloud certifications are a strong plus, and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

The Principal Database Administrator will administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications including Fusion ERP, WMS, EPM, and OTM. They will install, configure, and support Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (R12.1 and R12.2) and Oracle Databases (19c and 23ai). Responsibilities include managing Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM), performing patch management, and proactively monitoring and optimizing database and application performance. The role involves executing environment cloning and refresh processes, collaborating with teams on functional configurations, data migration, and integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs. The administrator will also manage Oracle GoldenGate, support BI Publisher, OTBI, Fusion Data Intelligence, and Power BI reporting, participate in IT service management processes, implement backup, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions using RMAN and Data Guard, and perform OCI cloud operations. Managing Pure Storage SAN infrastructure is also part of the duties.
