Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience. They should have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information, and demonstrate proficiency in country’s official language(s) and English. Applicants must have demonstrable experience of delivering S/4HANA as part of a transformation programme, strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices, particularly in Sales and Distribution and Order to Cash (OTC), and integration with best-of-breed applications like Salesforce and C4C. Proven experience with agile working practices on an SAP implementation, including project planning and facilitating design workshops, is also required.
Responsibilities
As a Principal Consultant, the role involves delivering SAP-enabled transformation programmes specializing in Order to Cash, including integration touch points with the wider S/4 Finance. The individual will lead and support Order to Cash pursuits and practice development, architect SAP CAR solutions for retail, CPG, and logistics clients, and lead a workstream comprised of onshore and offshore resources. They will design end-to-end solutions, ensuring consistency with design principles and methodologies, and lead client workshops covering process design, industry best practices, and bring SME knowledge. The role also encompasses building end-to-end solutions based on client requirements, documenting functional specifications, and transferring knowledge while staying aware of current trends and technical advancements.
