Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management, including consulting experience and a strong background in Workforce Management Software and business processes. Proven ability to lead teams from design to delivery of implementation projects, make decisions, and collaborate effectively across various management levels is required. Retail industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Principal Consultant will lead and manage the customer journey from post-contract close through implementation, solution delivery, and issue management. They will lead a team of Project Managers and Consultants, manage customer CXO level and Executive Steering Committees, and be responsible for the implementation of Legion's product suite. This includes owning customer relationships, strategy, project planning, solution architecture, business KPI achievement, and demonstrating Legion products in depth. The role also involves hiring, developing, and retaining a team of Project Managers and Consultants, contributing to the development of implementation methodologies, and participating in internal initiatives.
