Requirements

Candidates should have a high school or secondary school diploma or equivalent, along with a relevant formal academic or vocational qualification. A certificate may be required for technical positions. At least 6 years of relevant experience is necessary, with a preference for over 3 years in bid preparation, contract development, and RFP fulfillment. Excellent organizational, planning, computer application (including Microsoft Office), interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential. Strong analytical, business, math, and electronic document production skills are also required, along with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and pay exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Prin Reg Affairs Assistant will coordinate the collection and management of data for proposal and budget development in response to RFPs. They will support the preparation of bids and proposals, generate, track, and analyze data for proposals, revisions, contract modifications, and bid defenses. This role also involves supporting department management in reporting financial, contractual, and budget data, and providing project-specific services, documentation, and coordination. Additionally, the assistant will serve as a team lead, training and reviewing the work of junior team members.
