Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification, and at least 6 years of relevant experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job. Preferred experience includes 3+ years in bid preparation and/or the development and fulfillment of contracts and RFP requirements. Strong organizational and planning skills, a solid understanding of contractual and proposal documents, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software are required. Exceptional attention to detail, quality of documentation, and electronic document production skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Prin Reg Affairs Assistant will coordinate the timely collection and management of data, metrics, and experience statements for proposal and budget development in response to RFPs. They will support the preparation of bids and proposals, generate and analyze data for revisions, contract modifications, and bid defenses. The role involves supporting department management in reporting financial and contractual data, providing project-specific services and documentation, and coordinating projects while reporting to management and clients. Additionally, the assistant will serve as a team lead, providing training and reviewing the work of junior team members, and communicating effectively with diverse groups of people.
