This role is part of the Surgical Released Product Engineering (RPE) Team, which drives clinical outcomes, customer satisfaction, and business value for commercialized Surgical products while elevating technical careers.
Strong candidates will have experience in polymerization, fiber extrusion, and assembly processes for polymer sutures and devices, along with expertise in design ownership, root cause analysis, verification/validation, and mentoring junior engineers.
