Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, energy, or engineering, with 1-3 years of experience in business consulting, finance, or engineering. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, the Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools like Salesforce, and BI/BA platforms is required, along with strong financial and analytical acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
The Pricing Analyst will review RFP requirements, manage pricing activities, and develop pricing strategies to support sales negotiations for clean energy solutions. Responsibilities include compiling pricing inputs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand cost components, collecting and validating data for pricing models, and ensuring timely submission of proposals. The role involves analyzing historical data, market trends, and competitor information to establish pricing, presenting financial analysis to leadership, and incorporating feedback to improve margin performance and win rates, while also driving process improvements and adhering to documentation standards.
