Requirements

  • Working toward a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data mining, machine learning, physics, operations research, or a related quantitative discipline, with at least two years of coursework completed (Master’s students considered if graduation is August 2026 or later)
  • Understanding of statistical and predictive modeling concepts, especially clustering and classification techniques
  • High aptitude for programming languages
  • Desire to learn new things
  • Ability to adapt to constant change and innovation
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Create data files to be used in modeling software
  • Build and evaluate predictive models using modeling software
  • Present predictive model proposals for peer review and business approval
  • Create specifications for and coordinate implementation of predictive models
  • Occasionally perform ad-hoc reporting to answer specific inquiries from upper management
