Responsibilities

  • Support Case Managers and Attorneys to deliver the best client experience by helping move claims forward and keeping the client’s records up to date
  • Collect and organize evidence and documents to support liability claims and injury details
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed, including preparing letters, emails, and client correspondence and scheduling meetings with clients, attorneys, and third-parties
  • Assist with contacting insurance carriers to open claims on behalf of clients, ensure representation and document in the case management software
  • Assist with contacting healthcare providers to verify account balances, ensure liens are acknowledged and begin process to prepare for settlement payments
  • Support Medical Bills & Records requests and follow up with our Medical Records Team
  • Assist Case Managers and Attorneys in contacting clients and keeping them up to date on their case progress
  • Ensure clients receive timely updates and support phone calls during peak hours
  • Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure seamless support of each case
  • Be willing to jump in and support the team and clients where needed
