  • Develop concepts for new product development in Trauma & Extremities (T&E), focusing on implant and instrument systems, together with engineers
  • Develop a good understanding of clinical requirements for medical products as part of the R&D team
  • Support product development and documentation from design to series production readiness
  • Independently handle diverse and challenging task areas
  • Collaborate closely with other departments as part of an interdisciplinary team in an agile development environment
  • Gain comprehensive insights into medical technology and various company areas
  • Actively contribute own ideas to new concepts and innovations for the Trauma & Extremities portfolio
