Responsibilities

Develop concepts for new product development in Trauma & Extremities (T&E), focusing on implant and instrument systems, together with engineers
Develop a good understanding of clinical requirements for medical products as part of the R&D team
Support product development and documentation from design to series production readiness
Independently handle diverse and challenging task areas
Collaborate closely with other departments as part of an interdisciplinary team in an agile development environment
Gain comprehensive insights into medical technology and various company areas
Actively contribute own ideas to new concepts and innovations for the Trauma & Extremities portfolio
