Responsibilities

  • In charge of the public relations programs for products and company; develop and manage product publicity across all phases based on PR strategy adapted to product publishing region, positioning, messages, platform, and HoYoverse brands in Japan
  • Responsible for PR communication for products and company in Japan; improve promotional effectiveness of HoYoverse's brand and products; formulate PR strategies for product launches, positioning, and promotion methods
  • Develop and foster relationships with gaming or industry-related media and content creators (enthusiast and mainstream) in Japan; cultivate and expand in-house media contact list; ensure consistent communication and accurate, appropriate message distribution
  • Work closely with HoYoverse departments (marketing, community, development, production) to establish realistic and up-to-date schedules for product publicity
  • Draft and edit all press assets, including press releases, talking points, media alerts, and presentations
  • Responsible for performance and output of strategic PR plan for Japan; handle research and analysis of press activities, PR campaigns, and opportunities; deliver informative and timely PR reports to leadership to maintain and extend team's knowledge of products, company, and games
