  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Must complete degree between December 2026 - June 2027
  • Deep passion for Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or PPI tools
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, or data visualization tools
  • Clear communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts
