Requirements

An active Secret Clearance or higher is required. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. A strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration with Power Platform is necessary, as well as experience with custom APIs, connectors, and security best practices. Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting, knowledge of relational databases, data models, and SQL, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams are essential.

Responsibilities

The Power Platform Developer will design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Ensuring data security and compliance requirements are met in all solutions is critical. The developer will maintain and improve existing Power Platform applications, develop custom connectors and APIs to extend Power Platform capabilities, troubleshoot and resolve issues within Power Platform solutions, and conduct testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance to ensure quality and performance.
