Requirements include an MS/PhD in EE/CE with 5-7+ years of SoC power analysis and optimization experience, proven expertise with PowerArtist and PrimePower, strong background in power modeling, budgeting, and PPA tradeoff analysis, and proficiency in Python/scripting with data analysis frameworks.
